Hello everyone, welcome to our monthly book review. The review for January is 151 Things God Can’t Do, by Maisie Sparks.

Description

A delightful and uplifting book that surprisingly reveals God's unique promises for each of us.

Think God can do anything? Think again.

God is all-knowing, all-powerful, and limitless, but despite these characteristics, God is still incapable of many things: things that are against His very nature.

In this creative and uplifting book, discover God's nature and His incredible love for YOU. You will be encouraged to know that God can't deceive you, God can't be wrong, God can't allow evil to go unpunished, God can't leave you unfulfilled, God's love can't quit, and so much more.

With scripture to back up each statement, you will find relief and joy in the things God can't do.

I came across this book while listening to the Bible study program, Hope Sabbath School. The episode was from 2017 about the letter to the Galatians. I am currently reading Galatians and wanted to revisit this Bible study that I had watched back in 2017, to aid my study. One of the members of the panel in the Bible study, mentioned a book called, 100 Things God Can’t Do as part of his answer to a question. This caught my attention, and when I searched for the book online, I saw that there was an updated version - 151 Things God Can’t Do.

The audio book is about an hour long and contains 151 powerful promises from God, that will increase your faith and hope. I am in the process of typing them up and plan to print the document and hang these beautiful promises on the wall in my office/prayer room.

Thank you for reading this review.

Until next time, God’s peace be with you.
