In my previous podcast, I said that I would split my review into two parts because this book is so extensive. Well - guess what? A part two is not going to do this book justice. Actually, I found out that the audible is good to listen to, but you definitely need the physical book in order to highlight all of the great advice.

I mentioned that I would give a testimony on how my 40 day Maker’s Diet went. The two books really go hand in had, and as I mentioned, I found the Biblio Diet more practical, but both have resulted in tweaks in my diet. One of my changes is going from using both regular butter and a butter mixed with rapeseed oil, to butter only (again). I say again, because a lot of this advice is information I have come across before, but I have just strayed over the years, on some things.

As a result of reading these books and revisiting what I am eating, I notice weight loss, clearer skin and more energy. I am still not at my weight loss goal, but I know, from past experience, that it takes time.

I still have plans to try bone broth and many other tweaks these books have inspired me to look into.

These books need to be on your cooking book shelf, to refer to every day - the Biblio Diet book has a wealth of information that needs to be referenced om a daily basis.

One thing is for sure - I will be ordering the actual book, so that I can use lots of page markers for the priceless information.
