Hello everyone, if you are reading to this review on the Sabbath, then I would like to wish you a Sabbath filled with trust in the Lord’s perfect timing.

This week’s review is for the series, Fragrance of Faith, episode, Alive.

Description

Discover some people that have risked their lives, and others that have lost loved ones. Be ready, as we face intense moments.

This episode is all about how faith does not remove difficult moments, but helps us see. This sentence was said at the beginning of the episode and really spoke to me.

Some deep questions, instead of, “Why?", were: Is God with me? Is He good now? Does He love me?

This episode is raw, and humbling, yet also encouraging. It shows us the perils of this world, yet even more importantly, shows us the sovereign nature of God. The testimonies are breathtaking, showing heroes of faith in everything from a ten year old boy, to people whose lives are at risk from others, every day. All of the testimonies give glory to God.

Alive, shows in practice how the church is given different gifts, to work where God wants us to. It is God who equips us to do the work. Our job is to have faith and obedience.

The, “Alive,” episode shows, in action, the commission Jesus gave the church in Matthew 28:18-20. Amen.
